Nav achieved 2nd place in the quarter-finals and is looking forward to the big final this month. For the competition, Nav was tasked with creating a three course healthy choice menu that used seasonal ingredients. We think her menu sounds absolutely delicious: Poached Stuffed Chicken with Duchess Potato, Stuffed Braised Onion and Sauté Red Chard.
