At Pabulum food is at the heart of everything we do. Even our name means food, so it’s not surprising we take it all a bit seriously. But passion is no bad thing when it leads to you becoming one of the largest independent contract catering companies in the south of England. We have solid backing too being part of the Quarr Group with an annual turnover of £40m. But the nice thing about us is that we’re still small enough to retain the closest of working relationships with our clients (we’re never too far away to provide friendly operational support on site).

A bit like Jamie, we’ve been banging the better school dinner drum since our formation in 1992. Providing tasty, nutritious and wholesome food that children actually want to eat is something we know all about having started out providing school dinners for children on the Isle of Wight. We’re still fuelling our leaders of tomorrow, 7,000 of them in fact, every day on the island alone. Since then we’ve built our reputation on a passion for good food and for providing service excellence, growing organically into the FE and HE sectors, as well as the corporate arena. Today we continue to bring a fresh, dynamic approach to the catering industry.
