When Pabulum secured the contract for the catering services at Exbury Gardens, a 200 acre woodland garden owned by the de Rothschild family, we introduced a new innovation to the menu.
‘The New Forest Breakfast’, which has proved a huge hit with customers, was developed to promote tourism in the area and to protect local farmers and suppliers. Only the highest quality, seasonal ingredients grown or reared exclusively in the New Forest go into the making of this popular dish. Caring animal husbandry and good farming practices underpin the delicious food, tying in perfectly with Pabulum’s philosophy of using fresh, nutritious food from local suppliers. The enthusiastic response from customers demonstrates that local really is best.

London Ambulance Service
Saving lives on the frontline can be hungry work, so it pays to have Pabulum on your team. That’s certainly the view of the London Ambulance Service which works closely with Pabulum to keep its emergency crews running on full throttle night and day. During the London bombings in July 2005, Pabulum played a pivotal role in helping to sustain paramedics through what was a harrowing ordeal for them all.
