"With a strapline of “honestly good food”, Calthorpe Park School had high expectations of Pabulum when they started their catering service for us in September. Without question they have improved the food provision in our Café. They have given us a wide range of menu options, set a high standard of presentation, and very importantly provided good nutritionally balanced food for our students and staff. The fresh food concept is evident in many ways, including the popular salad bar. We chose Pabulum as a local company and also for their obvious commitment to providing a sound commercial service. Just four weeks in to the new year we are finding the number of students purchasing a main plated meal in the Café has increased by about 75% compared to this time last year. We look forward to some of the “Taster Sessions” that they have planned, too."

“When we were looking to re-launch our catering here at Bethany we were very clear about what we were looking for.

• a wide choice of food at each mealtime.
• a wide range of menus so that there was little repetition over the course of a term.
• food of a high quality that was also attractively presented.
• ingredients to be sourced from local producers and businesses.
• most of the food to be freshly made and cooked on the premises.
