We believe that food not only has to be delicious, it has to be healthy too. That’s why we are great champions of natural, home grown produce, buying organic where we can and preferably local too. We also make every effort to ensure that producers have received a fair price for their goods. As food caterers, we recognise our dependence on Mother Nature’s bounty, so we never lose respect for the world we live in and take positive steps to minimise our carbon footprint. We make it a policy to try to only work with trusted, regular suppliers who share our commitment to sustainable food provenance and field to fork ethos.
Pabulum Catering is fully accredited with EMS ISO 14001 in recognition of our commitment to operate in a more cost efficient and environmentally responsible manner by managing our impacts, including those which we can control and influence, whilst also complying with relevant environmental legislation and our own environmental policy.

Wherever possible we aim to source all our produce as locally as we can from farmers and producers with good animal welfare standards

We believe that all our producers at home, and abroad should receive fair price for what they supply which is why, wherever possible we try to work with Fair Trade suppliers
