Lewisham College was looking for an independent catering company with a difference when it approached Pabulum to tender our services. We impressed with our commitment to high level customer care, combined with a determination and ability to deliver a nil cost service. As well as meeting the nil cost objective, we were also able to introduce some new and very popular innovations which included an organic salad bar, a new organic pasta bar and an enticing fresh fruit menu. Exciting new grab and go salads, baguettes, speciality breads and chilled desserts catered perfectly to the student clientele. A new hot range offered slow baked chicken in coconut and coriander, Maryland crab cakes with a pepper salsa, lemon balm and thyme spiced pork, lamb and fennel couscous served with flatbread, red pepper and salmon pasta with a dill cream, baked organic aubergine filled with herbed Quinoa and shaved parmesan organic spinach and mushroom lasagne. Delicious.
