We’re really pleased to begin the New Year working with some brand new clients!

The Brakenhale School, which has around 1,000 pupils, is one of a number of new contracts to begin this month. As Amanda Ciraulo, Director of Sales at Pabulum explains: “We’re very much looking forward to bringing our delicious and nutritious school meals, made from the freshest, finest and most honestly sourced ingredients, to the students at Brakenhale School.”

As part of the tender process, we organised a taster session for students and staff at the school, which proved to be a key deciding factor in the award of the contract. As Collette Stokes, Service and Contracts Manager at the school, explains:

“Everyone loved the food and we were very impressed by the lengths to which the Pabulum team went in order to get feedback from the students and staff. This kind of inclusive, partnership approach is very important to us and we are confident that, in Pabulum, we have found the right partner to help us take our food offering to a new level"
