On Saturday 18th January 2020, Pabulum and HIT training joined together to launch the Pabulum Aspiring Leaders Development Programme 2020. The first cohort of 18 Executive Chef Managers, Group Managers and Support Chef Managers met at Pabulum’s office in Fleet, Hampshire to kick off the programme.
The Aspiring Leaders Development Programme has two broad objectives:
- Management development for Executive Chef Mangers and Catering Managers to progress to Group Operations and Support Chef Managers
- Management development for Group and Support Chef Managers to progress to Operations Managers
Funded through the Apprenticeship Levy Scheme the successful participants will achieve apprenticeships in either an advanced Level 3 in Supervision & Leadership, a Higher Level 4 in Hospitality Management or a Higher Level 5 in Operational Management.
